Social Claw does not have a liquor license but we do have liquor liability insurance which we can provide proof of to renters and venues. ALL alcohol in Social Claw machines will be provided by the renter of the machine or the venue where the event is taking place. Social Claw attendants for Social Spirit Packages will be TIPS certified, meaning they have the same training as a bartender and can check for IDs, know when someone has been overserved, and can refuse service.

Venues with more than three steps and no access to a ramp or elevator to get to the event space will need to be previously discussed before booking. Our Social Claw machines are on wheels making them easy to move and maneuver but the safety of our team and machines does come first. If access to the event space is not safe for our team upon arrival, we do reserve the right to leave and terminate the contact.

We are ready to attend! We just ask that the machine is on a close-to-level surface and that it is covered with a roof of some kind due to inclement weather. This can be a pop-up tent, pavilion, or park shelter. This cannot be an umbrella. Our machine is on wheels but does have brakes. For the safety of our team and our Social Claw machine, if severe weather is predicted or present our team does reserve the right to remove the machine at any time.

Our claw machines need a regular outlet to plug in! We will bring extension cords (up to 20ft.) as well as any small adapters that might be necessary. We will do our best to make sure the cords are seamless and safe but we recommend having our claw machines as close to the power source as possible.

We recommend that you speak with us before purchasing any product to be placed in our claw machines. We can help guide you in regards to the material and size that will be best for play.

Social Claw will travel in a one-hour radius from Ellisville, Mo. with no extra fee. Outside of the one-hour radius, there will be an extra travel charge that will be added.
